Dennis Schramm is APL's Founder and President.  He has over 25 years in manufacturing and engineering for the aerospace, automotive and leisure industries. 

Dennis received his Chemical Technology Degree from University of Dayton, and his Industrial Engineering Degree from Cleveland State University.  Additionally, he completed business studies at John Carroll.  His pursuit of excellence was noted early by the Institute of Industrial Engineers which nominated him as Young Engineer of the Year.

Dennis is Past Cleveland Chapter President and International Conference Chair of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.  Dennis is also a distinguished Toastmaster.  His commitment to the community is noted by his role as past Scout leader and supporter of the Chagrin Falls Little Theater.

Tom Schramm has over 35 years experience in Sales, with special expertise in engineered components.  He serves our customers and suppliers in Kentucky, Tennessee and Missouri.

Tom received his BA and MBA from University of Dayton.
